The past five weeks has been an eye opening experience, filled with a wealth of learning that has helped to push to the forefront how to implement ideas presented and ideas that I already had to grow this business in a timely manner. As was stated by [IPA Consultant] at the beginning of this process, "Many or most of the areas we cover to help, you have already thought of and have talked about needing to be done. Our job is to help you to get to that point." I have to say that he was correct about that. Some of my employees have stated to me that everything that [IPA Consultant] has put into affect, at one time or another we have talked about. The problem was I just did not know the right path to take.

[IPA Consultant] has been great in showing us the right path to take. His knowledge and constant enthusiasm to help us repair areas that were not working in our business and set up the right systems to track and keep on top of our profit and loss has helped me to have a much greater knowledge of areas I need to focus on to make sure we are headed for our goals. I appreciate all of [IPA Consultant]'s hard work. The time he has spent with our business is invaluable. He has given us the tools we need to go way beyond where we thought we could just five weeks ago. [IPA Consultant] has guided everyone here in a manner that has caused each person to want to be committed and push their selves some in order to see this business succeed.
