Tuesday, August 15, 2006 Dear [IPA Employee], Let me tell you about [IPA Consultant], through our eyes. At first we watched him as he came in everyday; a diligent man, immersed in his work and quietly putting together our ideas into a professional structured company. We knew where we wanted to be, but had no idea of how to get there. How has it pulled together now? [IPA Consultant]. The first few weeks he listened. He watched. He connected all the parts. He has given us a company focus, giving us the leads to know in which directions to go. [IPA Consultant] is a leader. [IPA Consultant] builds – he brought structure to office procedures and showed us how to connect the different individuals' duties as part of the whole. [IPA Consultant] shows diligence – he produced all job descriptions, current with all the standards in the construction industry, displaying us to the outside as a professional organization. [IPA Consultant] represents – he was a great spokesman when approaching the bank with an excellent written report and his professional manner as he presented our story. [IPA Consultant] teaches – he has an eye for the development of the individual, through their role in the company and linking it to the bottom line. [IPA Consultant] examines – his research abilities are relentless, spending focused time in recruitment which produced a new employee who will add greatly to the life and growth of the company. We could count on [IPA Consultant] being there, and being punctual. He never hesitated for a moment to show a new piece of information, or procedure that added value to what we requested from our investment with IPA. He became a friend too. His quiet wit, as he'd lift a brow, send a side-ways glance for a peak of your reaction to what he was saying, became a part of our everyday. A nice part. I must admit a small bit of concern with his exit, but we have more collective confidence with the structure he's brought to us which overrides any apprehension we feel. [IPA Consultant] has done his job; a indisputably, good job. And knowing we can use him as a resource in the future also eases our worry. We were beyond satisfied with his input and assistance. He's made a difference that is easy to measure and has given us a solid foundation!
