October 27, 2006 I, [IPA Client], the President and CEO of [Client Business Name], would like to say how impressed I was by the contributions of your Senior Business Consultant, [IPA Consultant]. When this process of generating weekly Value Enhancement Reviews that summarized what we wanted accomplished started, me, my Vice President of Operations ([IPA Client]) and my Superintendent of Labor ([IPA Client]) were very unsure as to where this process was going to lead. However, after four solid weeks of intense and productive meetings that [IPA Consultant] had with our key staff members, we now have solid processes in place for the following: Project Management, Change Orders, Labor Management, Detailing, Purchasing, Scheduling, Evaluation, and Performance Review. The skepticism that was in the air at the start of this process was eliminated quickly thereafter once the initial process meetings that [IPA Consultant] had with key members took place. The staff members bought into what was being done and really helped with the dialogue that [IPA Consultant] tabled at our daily meetings. I found that [IPA Consultant] brought real world experience to our company, he knew what we ultimately were trying to achieve, and he worked diligently with us to cater a program that worked entirely for us. He did not come in here and try to hammer all the negatives in our company, but tried to stress the positives and how we needed to expand upon them. I truly feel that the efforts of [IPA Consultant] and [IPA Consultant] should be acknowledged because they truly bought into what I was trying to accomplish and really made this first phase of business function review productive. They put in the time, never complained, and initiated concerns and solutions. I really want to thank them for the last four weeks. This really was a collaborative effort by the key members of my staff who I feel will benefit from it most. In summary, I would highly recommend that whatever company has the chance to work with [IPA Consultant] in the future will be a better company when he leaves. I truly hope that our collective efforts of the past four weeks will be a springboard for profitable growth in the foreseeable future. Thanks again for everything and we will look to expanding upon the business functions in the future once we have a chance to put our new ones in place.
