This letter is to thank you for assigning [IPA Consultant], and project m anager [IPA Project Manager] to our company.

[IPA Consultant] has really helped turn our business, of 22 years around. We now have a plan, and he has helped us realize our weak points, and to head us into the right direction for the future.

This company is operated by myself, and my two sons...we are all excited about the changes that [IPA Consultant] has helped us realize, and to put into place in the time that he has been here. We are, for the first time , running this company like a business, instead of by the "seat of our pants".

Our employees are also excited about incentive plans we now have…and Eric has shown us how to pay our employees more, and also to make the company more profit.
