IPA Dear Sir, I would like to first say a big "THANK YOU" to IPA for showing me how to save my Company. I just wish I had done this sooner. The last 8 weeks have been a real learning experience for me. When I took over this Company 5 years ago after my husband passed away, I knew it was going to me tough, but didn't realize how tough it could be. Although I had been with the Company since day one and ran the office side, my problem was that I didn't know how or what tools were needed to bid jobs and be profitable. We continued to do things the same way my Husband had been doing for years and thinking we were making profits on jobs. Thanks to the tools we have been shown, we have learned how to be more profitable. I have learned that that I need to delegate more of what I did to my Office Manager so that I can watch more closely on how my Company is doing. I have made several changes in running certain aspects of my business through the help of your programs. Even though it was tough making these changes of how we have been doing things, I was shown what was necessary to keep my Company going. I know that down the road after everything we changed is going more smoothly, that I am going to see a big difference in my Company. I can't stress enough how IPA has helped me.
