Dear Sir,
Our company has been growing due to hard work. Our lack of a vision, and operating without a plan to attain our goals, has left us with high volume and low profits. We have recognized that we have been workers in our business, not managers. This has left us with employees that are not as productive as they should be. We recognized that without systems in place to hold the employees accountable, we were inefficient. This resulted in a lack of follow up and a loss of sales. We needed systems to manage, train, motivate and hold our employees accountable. We needed a new way of paying our employees and creating incentives for their improvement.

Your company has given us the tools we need to make us managers. We are very pleased with what has been accomplished over the last month.

We have created Policies and Procedures in conjunction with Job Descriptions, Evaluations and a new Sales Commission structure to motivate and keep our sales staff accountable. We developed an Incentive Plan for our non-sales employees to keep them active in reducing material waste and controlling our costs. We have also set up a schedule of meetings with specific agendas to keep us moving towards our goals. We have created Budgets and Cash Flow statements to set goals and show us how well we are working our plan. We have also promoted a key employee to Supervisor to control our sales force. We have laid the foundation so that every employee is now working towards a common goal of increasing sales and increasing profits.

[IPA Consultant] has been a pleasure to work with. He has a thorough understanding of our business and his perceptive nature has given us insights into our business that we have been missing. His non-threatening demeanor has made our employees realize that although change is inevitable, it is not bad.

Our company should see steady growth with a much greater return of profits. We expect our new structure to decrease the stress on the Officers of the company, and provide us the time to ensure that our goals are met. We expect that our business will run more smoothly and allow us to increase our quality of life.

We can now envision a company that reaches it goals and has systems to ensure its success. I have a level of optimism that I have not felt for over ten years. I know we will be successful.
