Once again, we have been visited by [IPA Consultant] and once again, we are very pleased with the result. Our company has seen tremendous growth and change this past year and I want to believe that a lot of that was accomplished from the initial changes we made through the guidance and help of IPA and [IPA Consultant].

The quality of his work and his quiet, supportive guidance is appreciated. His efforts on our company's behalf have always been right on target and consistent with our goals. His ability to sort through the different personalities and help me to understand my role as "leader" is a great asset. I appreciate his advice and support. I am always reinvigorated with his visits. He seems to help get me "back on track" and eager to set in place new goals and implement new strategies.
