October 20, 2006 As business owners, [IPA Client] and I felt we had always known what we wanted from our business but lacked the full direction in which to achieve it. The encounter with IPA and especially with [IPA Consultant] and [IPA Consultant] has been a life changing experience. Not only have they brought to us knowledge and experience with the systems that have been built for our company, they have allowed us to expand our horizons and given us the confidence to build a greater empire. The learning curve for this has been great, but with a satisfaction that we will have achieved our goals, makes all of the work just a bump in the road. Looking at what we were able to accomplish in the time that [IPA Consultant] and [IPA Consultant] have been with our company excites us to the degree that we can accomplish anything and that our profitability is endless. Market conditions have always been a concern but now we have the tools to continue regardless of the market. Another incredible advantage to this has been the experience with our staff. Before the integration of the systems we haphazardly accomplished tasks throughout the day. Now everyone has direction and the staff moral is good and getting stronger every day. In addition, our company now appears more professional, our staff feels more a part of something strong and the communication among our staff and clients has improved.
