DATE: 5/11/06 [Client Business Name] called and inquired about your services. After the call someone came and spoke with us. Then you sent your crack team of [IPA Consultant] and [IPA Consultant]. After talking with us and reviewing our records and a lot of hard work, [Client Business Name] found out that they didn't know squat about running a company. Not really! We knew just enough to get us into trouble. We knew what some of the problems were, but we didn't know how to fix them. After bonnie with her positive attitude and [IPA Consultant] with his no nonsense approach then proceeded to give us proper schooling and an eminence amount of encouragement. [IPA Consultant] and [IPA Consultant] decided they could help us out of our despair. Thank God for angels by the name of [IPA Consultant] and [IPA Consultant]. [IPA Consultant] was a positive and leading force in the reconstruction of our company. You wish she was your neighbor so she could coach you in the fine art of positive thinking. After [IPA Consultant] did all she could she then left our mess to [IPA Consultant] and he took on the responsibility of saving the company and all who had entered he had to start from scratch. We did business 101 & 102 and morale boosters and bookkeeping and organizational skills, ect... [IPA Consultant] thought only of this company and our needs even to have stayed here and was away from his family for our sakes. We owe his wife a great deal for sharing [IPA Consultant] with us. She has to be a wonderful person. [IPA Consultant] gave us all the right tools and knowledge to make the company work. His positive atiitude, honesty intelligence and skills are worth their weight in gold. We as a company and all the employees will work very hard to make [IPA Consultant] and [IPA Consultant] proud of our accomplishments. When [IPA Consultant] came there was no hope of making this work and he is leaving with the sun shinning bright and a hope of tomorrow. We never saw his magic wand but you would have thought that he had one. There are no delusions about what we have to do. We realize that there is a lot of hard work and changes that need to be put into place, but now we have the correct information and tools to do this right. Thank you all for this opportunity to make our business a growing and thriving one.
