It has been real eye opener since [IPA Consultant] has been in the office these last few weeks. [Client Business Name] and [Client Business Name] have been able to operate due to our knowledge and experience in the glass industry, however, our short comings have always been in our managerial and financial skills. [IPA Consultant] was able to address these problems and create a plan of attack on how to best rectify them. The program installed by [IPA Consultant] will improve our pricing, work orders system, and efficiency from the point of sale to delivery. Marketing strategies and financial reports have also been addressed and changed to better equip the owners with the information we need to better operate the companies. The strategies implemented are already improving the operation of our businesses, and we feel that with our new strategies we will easily meet and exceed [IPA Consultant]'s 2007 business forecast.
