October 24, 2006 We began your program on October 2, 2006. We are approximately a 1.5 million dollar in revenue per year general contracting company. We lacked organization and the ability to grow and be profitable given our current policies and systems and procedures. We were running a multi-million dollar business like a "Mom and Pop Pizza parlor". It was time for change if we wanted to build our business and make a better life for ourselves, our families, and the lives and families of our employees. It was time for each of us to step-up and take responsibility for the success of our business. In just the first day, there was excitement and hope for the success of our company. It had been a long time since any of us had a genuinely good and comfortable feeling about the future of our company. In my opinion, that alone made the entire process worth every penny spent.
